A trained photographer and longtime Santa Fe resident takes you to the most photogenic locations around the plaza and helps you get that perfect shot, whether you're working with a high-tech DSLR camera or a smart phone.

What To Expect

This photo-class/tour is a great place to start while you are here in Santa Fe. This photo class/tour takes place in the lovely picturesque and charming downtown area of Santa Fe with photographic instructions every step of the way. I have been a professional photographer/educator/artist, teaching at the University level for 35 years. Bring your digital camera, smartphone, or both. This 2- hour class will be fun, and an insightful learning experience. You will learn compositional skills as we focus on landscape photography, portraiture, architecture, lowlight photography, lens choice and much more. A introduction to photo-editing will also be a part of this workshop using an easy to learn editing app called Snapseed. You will be inspired and end this class with a greater insight into how to make good photographic imagery.
